GENERAL
The name of this free online homestay reservation services is Bali BackPacker. Bali BackPacker is operated by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in corporation with homestays throughout Indonesia. All services offered in Bali BackPacker are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates on Special Rates, published rates from homestays, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is fully responsible for Bali BackPacker services. Responsibility is taken for all reservation made via Bali BackPacker and payment made from and for Bali BackPacker services. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is NOT responsible for the services provided by the homestay chosen by clients. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. guarantees that you will have the quality of services from the homestays as stated in Bali BackPacker.

The quality of service fully depends on the prestige of the homestay chosen and shall be fully responsible for its services to you, the clients.
ABL Ltd. is fully responsible for the identity of any client who participates in Bali BackPacker and for data which received by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. Any internet user can benefit from the Bali BackPacker services by browsing at the database. "Special Rates" consists of room rates of homestays throughout Indonesia. The rates at the Special Rates are those which are sold by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. to its clients.

SPECIAL RATES
All rates or other services, which are net, non-commissionable, inclusive of tax, service charge, and surcharges (if any), are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar). American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the services. Some homestays have seasonal surcharges, please read respective Special Rates carefully before making reservation in order to avoid any misunderstanding of the rates. Special Rates are applicable only when reservation is made through ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. If you can not find out the Special Rates of the homestay you're looking for, please contact us for more information.

EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. can not hold the responsible for these differences.

PROCEDURE OF RESERVATION
No reservation will be proceed if we don't receive full credit card details. In the event of non-receipt, there will be notification that the reservation is incomplete. You may choose to send either by facsimile or email. Your reservation will be confirmed within three working days. If the room at your selected homestay is not available at the time, you will be notified by our staff an alternative homestay with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list. If your homestay is not on our site, please supply us with details of the homestay and we can follow up for you.

Minimum length of stay is required 7 (seven) nights. Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the homestay. However, we shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please be aware on peak season e.g. millenium, reservation must be made far in advance to avoid inconvenience, minimum two months ahead is required.

PRO FORMA INVOICE
After having confirmed your reservation, break down of pro forma invoice is clearly stated and sent to you. All transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payment are a full prepayment method. Payment for homestay charge or additional services will be debited to your credit card at the latest 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival (check in date at the homestay), 30 (thirty) days at a peak/high season.

CONFIRMATION NUMBER
A notification of confirmation slip will be sent to you after payment has been done. Please print this confirmation slip and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the homestay upon check in. Original voucher is directly sent by ABL Tours & Travel to the respective homestay.

Only service(s) stated on the confirmation slip will be on ABL Tours & Travel's account and other expenses is on your personal account.

CANCELLATION
No refund will be made for any condition, including for any unused confirm reservation or even "no show".

COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

LIABILITY
ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in cooperation with associated homestays and other partner business act only as agent for the respective homestays, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall ABL Tours & Travel be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or homestays described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or homestay herein.

If any homestays and/or services are substituted, ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind and contract for accommodations or services.
