is Access Hotel?

Access Hotel is Access Hotels and Resorts for Bali and Beyond.
Access Hotel provides you with a FREE Online Hotel Reservation
service for hotels, villas, bungalows and similar properties
throughout Indonesia. People from all over the world may
access our complete database of accommodations, enjoying
instant access to detailed information and availability
for hotel properties throughout the archipelago. Access
Hotel is operated by ABL Tours and Travel Ltd., in association
with major hotels and chains in Indonesia.
How does the Access Hotel system work?

Internet
users can browse our database and select a hotel based on
their own criteria e.g., rate, location or class options.
After filling in our Online Reservation Form, and sending
it electronically to ABL Tours and Travel Ltd., we check
room availability at the hotel you have chosen. As soon
as your reservation is confirmed, the details are forwarded
directly to you.
How do we pay for our hotel room?

ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. will charge the hotel reservation
to your credit card.
What
is the meaning of filling in and sending the reservation
form to Access Hotel?

By sending your reservation form, you indicate that you
agree with the Terms and Conditions of Access Hotel and
will be fully responsible for its consequences.
What happens if a client does not show up, cancels or
does not use a confirmed reservation?

Sorry ! There is no refund in the event that: You are not
able to show up for your agreed reservation or You have
an unused confirmed reservation You need to cancel your
booking within less than: - 14 days prior to arrival during
low season - 30 days prior to arrival during high/peak season.
What is included in the room rates?

Room rates are inclusive of tax and service charges. Breakfasts
(ABF or CBF) and transfers are not included unless specified
as part of a "Special Rate". Please be aware of surcharges
that may be applicable during peak/high season and for certain
types of rooms in order to avoid any discrepancy in room
charges.
What bank fees and currency exchange rates are used for
this transaction?

All
rates are quoted in US Dollars. However, all transactions
must be converted into Indonesian Rupiah, with the exchange
rate based upon the time of transaction. There is a 4% bank
fee, in addition to the room charge, that must be charged
for each transaction.
How do we receive confirmation of our reservation?

When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation
slip as a final statement from us about the status of your
reservation. This confirmation slip is usually sent by e-mail,
unless you specify that you wish to receive it another way.
Please print the confirmation slip and bring it with you
when you come to Indonesia. You will need to show the confirmation
slip to the reservation officer at your hotel upon check
in. Note: If you have any difficulty with the reservation
officer at your the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact
our office for assistance.
What should I do if I lose my confirmation slip?

Please contact our reservation officer and ask him/her to
resend your confirmation slip. Our telephone and facsimile
numbers as well as our e-mail addresses can be found at
the end of this page. You also may call us directly for
assistance, especially when you are in Indonesia, if you
have any difficulty with your hotel reservation status.
If I want to make an inquiry or check availability, how
can I do that?

Use the reservation form to make an inquiry or check availability
for Special Request space. Meeting & Greeting Services If
you require any assistance, information or special services,
we are happy to help. One of our professional tour guides
can pick you up directly at the airport, and assist you
with any problems that might arise, such as lost luggage
or ticket reconfirmation for your onward holiday. Day excursions
can also be organized directly, and our tour guide will
be happy to assist you with any arrangements you might desire.
If you prefer, we can arrange for our tour guide to meet
you by appointment directly at your hotel, where he can
brief you as to the itinerary that will best suit your needs,
and answer any questions you may have in person.
