Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond is a free online hotel reservation
service operated by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. All services
offered by Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond -- including
booking reservations, quoting published rates and Super
Saver rates, conducting business via the Internet, and facilitating
bank transactions are in accordance with prevailing
laws.
ABL
Tours & Travel Ltd. is fully responsible for Access
Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond services. ABL Tours &
Travel Ltd. takes responsibility for all reservations made
via Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond and for all payments
made for Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond services.
ABL
Tours & Travel Ltd. is NOT responsible for the services
provided by the hotels chosen by its clients. While ABL
Tours & Travel Ltd. endeavors to provide the most accurate
information possible about the quality of services offered
by hotels listed in Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond,
the ultimate responsibility for providing those services
lies with the hotels themselves.
ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. is responsible for providing
respective hotels with the identity of clients who make
reservations through Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond
and for data received by ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. The
Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond service is open to
any Internet user who wishes to browse the database. "Super
Savers" are special room rates for hotels throughout
Indonesia. These Super Saver are offered by ABL Tours &
Travel Ltd. to its clients. Please read the information
below, and check our list of FAQs (frequently asked questions)
or contact us directly if you still have concerns.
SPECIAL
RATES

Special
rates offered to Access Hotel Resort Bali & Beyond customers
for hotel rooms and other services. They are net, non-commissionable,
inclusive of tax, service charge, and surcharges (if any).
All rates are quoted in US$ (United States Dollars). American
Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers
are not included unless otherwise. Some hotels have seasonal
surcharges, therefore we ask you to please read the details
of the respective special rates carefully before making
a reservation in order to avoid any later misunderstanding.
Super Saver rates are applicable only when a reservation
is made through ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. If you cannot
find a special rate for the hotel you're interested in,
please contact ABL Tours & Travel and we will try to
help you.
EXCHANGE
RATE FLUCTUATIONS

Differences
between the rates quoted and the charge which appears on
your personal credit card statement can sometimes occur.
This is unavoidable, due to fluctuations in the value of
the Indonesian rupiah and the time it takes for the bank
to process the transaction. ABL Tours and Travel Ltd. cannot
be held responsible for these differences.
PROCESSING
OF RESERVATIONS

Reservations
cannot be processed unless we receive full credit card details.
In the event that we do not receive this information, we
will notify you that the reservation is incomplete. You
may choose to send your information either by facsimile
or e-mail. Your reservation will be confirmed within two
working days. If a room at the hotel you selected is not
available, you will be notified by our staff and an alternative
hotel with similar features will be suggested to you or,
if you prefer, your request can be placed on a waiting list.
If a hotel you are interested in is not included on our
site, please supply us with details about the hotel and
we can follow up for you. Minimum length of stay required
is 3 (three) nights. Reservation requests received with
short notice will be handled according to room availability
at the hotel. Normally, we require 14 (fourteen) days advance
request. Please be aware that during peak season reservation
must be made as far in advance as possible to avoid any
inconveniences. A minimum of two months notice is recommended.
PRO
FORMA INVOICE

After
your reservation has been confirmed, a pro forma invoice,
with a clear breakdown and explanation of charges, will
be sent to you. All transactions will be converted into
Indonesian Rupiah, with the exchange rate based on the day
of transaction.
TERMS
OF PAYMENT

Payment
for hotel room charges or additional services requested
in advance (e.g. transfers, tours) will be debited to your
credit card no later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival
date at the hotel during low season, or 30 (thirty) days
prior to arrival during peak/high season. We require that
you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card
and a copy of the personal data page of the passport of
the person making the booking to ABL Tours & Travel
Ltd. either by mail or facsimile at the address or number
listed below. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD and JCB
for payment.

CONFIRMATION
NUMBER

A
notice of confirmation will be sent to you after payment
has been made. Please print this
confirmation slip and bring it with you to show to the hotel
receptionist upon check in. The original payment voucher
will be sent directly by ABL Tours & Travel to the respective
hotel(s). Only service(s) stated on the confirmation slip
will be on ABL Tours & Travel's account. All other expenses
(e.g. meals, telephone charges) must be settled directly
with the hotel
CANCELLATIONS

No
refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 (fourteen)
days prior to arrival during low season and 30 (thirty)
days during peak/high season. No refund is applicable for
any unused confirmed reservation or "no show".
COMMUNICATIONS

As
we generally communicate via e-mail, please make sure your
e-mail address is correct. In case we cannot reach you by
e-mail, please supply us with your telephone or facsimile
number
LIABILITY

ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., in cooperation with its associated
hotels and other partner businesses, acts only as an agent
for the respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors
providing accommodations, transportation and services.
Under no circumstances shall ABL Tours & Travel be responsible
for any loss, expense, damage, claims, or injury direct,
indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however
caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise
in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services
or hotels described including, without restricting the generality
of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s),
rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the
client, through acts of default of any company or person
engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military
action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or
acts of God, or by any other act not within the control
of ABL Tours & Travel Ltd., or by any agents, employees,
subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying
any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or
services are substituted, ABL Tours & Travel Ltd. at
all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts
to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type
comparable to those originally contracted. ABL Tours &
Travel Ltd. in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves
the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s)
and/or to rescind contract for accommodations or services.
